Updated the 2012 Bird List and Photos

I've nearly managed to get all photos onto this year's list. I've also updated some of the photos with clearer ones or just nicer shots of the same bird. For instance this is a nicer photo of an Australasian Grebe:

    These Greve austrlasia looks like a "Tacybaptus ruficollis". He´s very common in Spain.
