Little birds around town and a Cockatiel in the backyard!

Had a wonderful experience with an Inland Thornbill. Enough words, here are the photos:









Almost as inquisitive were the Western Gerygone and the young Red-capped Robin:




and for the first time I have been able to manage a photo, a Cockatiel sitting atop one of the neighbours trees.

      Luaghed at that Pete mainly because I had a similar thought. Probably a bit more broad ranging ie the Bird News - strange hairy man visited the little ones along the mulga path today, our on the spot reporter filed this report ....

    WoW1 Great close-ups. Never seen an inland thorbill til now. What a beauty. Thornbills are always so cute. Wonderful photographs. Thanks for your comments on my blog. Will put up some old Steller's pics in a few weeks. Hope you and your family like them. Russ
