Rainbow Bee-eater


The Rainbow Bee-eater frequents the area near the Alice Springs Water Treatment Plant.
They are quite often in the trees near the gate, or on the barbed wire fence of the horse paddocks

The one below was at the Alice Springs Telegraph Station:


And these two were near work - feeding time!
