Great pictures of a bird i'm sure i'll see one day! Was he on his lonesome or was there the family group i've heard usually hangs about?
ReplyDeleteIn a group Pete. Probably 8-10 and can be noisy. Watched the group come across the park, hoping they would come near me which they did. Black Kite circled above and a different call by one made all of them be quiet and freeze in position, or get into low branches of tree. They mostly stayed in the shade which I thought may have been for the heat, but equally could be for cover from birds above.
